Technical Founder & CEO

John transforms complex technical concepts into accessible digital experiences from his base in Portland, Oregon. Working at the intersection of technology, learning, and storytelling, he combines expertise in software development, filmmaking, and educational design to create solutions that serve real people in everyday situations. John believes the best products feel like magic but work like clockwork.

Abe Glennon

Lead Research & Behavioral Analyst

Abraham brings scientific rigor to human-centered design as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (2024) with extensive experience in behavioral research. His expertise in human behavior and research methodologies ensures every Ravenwood product is grounded in evidence-based insights about how people actually think, learn, and interact with technology.

Dylan Steele

Strategic Communications & Security

Dylan bridges the gap between innovation and implementation, bringing proven leadership experience managing 15+ professionals at IKEA Portland. OSHA 10 certified with comprehensive experience in operations management and compliance, Dylan ensures Ravenwood's ambitious vision translates into secure, trustworthy products that meet real-world standards while maintaining our commitment to user privacy and digital security.

Kenny Andrews

Product Test Coordinator

Kenny is our newest team member and they bring a unique perspective to user testing through extensive experience as a Behavioral Support Specialist, working alongside behavioral health professionals to support individuals struggling with substance use and behavioral challenges. This background provides invaluable insight into user behavior, needs assessment, and creating safe spaces for honest feedback. Kenny will coordinate our beta testing groups, carefully select diverse user cohorts, and analyze responses with the same attention to individual needs and underlying patterns that makes them effective in behavioral support work.
